CYBERCANDY BATTERTASTIC BIRTHDAY CAKE RAINBOWLICIOUS POPFETTI BAR & DULCE DE NACHO*
Yes chocolate bar, I'ma looking at you, you tasty little thing you! OK, so these little treats (ok, not so little) were gifted to me from my lovely pals at Cybercandy. They've released their own range of chocolate bars in some cray cray (but equally delicious) flavours. These are the two I picked and I must say, I am pretty happy with my choices. I must confess, though, that it took me a good day to decide. No exaggeration in the slightest. I was instantly drawn to the cake batter chocolate, being a cake baker and all who eats the batter before the cakes have even reached the oven, it was everything I dreamed for and more... in the description anyway. This one is aesthetically pleasing for sure, but something screams style over substance. It's glorified white chocolate with popping candy and a few sprinkles, I don't know if it was just me but I didn't get the taste of batter, just vanilla really. I enjoyed it obviously but it didn't wow me or have me craving to lick a bowl of cake mix. I am one of those kids that LOVES salty and sweet things (chocolate pretzels are ma thing) so the Dulce de Nacho seemed like a perfect match. If there was a match.com for chocolate and girls, we would be married after the first date. Sweet, sugary, melt-in-the-mouth chocolate meets with succulent pieces of nacho, and yes girls, I can see you dribbling, would you like a tissue? It has the perfect crunch to chocolate ratio and is so weird tasting that it is magnificent. There are so many other varieties on offer that I am dying to get my mouth around, including: Brighton Rockolate, Milk Chocolate in Cinnamon, Le Pop! Chocolate with popping candy and Brown Sugar Cinnamon (YUM). So ladies and gents I urge you to go go go and check them out and put yourself in a chocolate-induced coma - worry about the calories in your next life!
