What I got for Christmas 2014
Disclaimer: this is no way a braggy post, I - like a million other bloggers - love to read these kind of posts because I am nosy, and I am incredibly grateful to my friends and family who bought me such lovely gifts this year, and they deserve the mention. I received some wonderful presents this year, my Mama did so well, and I am mega happy to start the new year with the new Frankie Journal. I am also especially excited to get back to my little London flat to put up this heart shelf. I have been eyeing this up all year and after seeing a few of you adorn pretty little things upon it, I had to cave and write it on my list. I think I will put my fragrances on it, among other little trinkets and - of course - candles. The candles shown above were mainly sale purchases bought with Christmas money, as all the Christmasy scents are available with 50% off as of boxing day, which is fabulous. I also received a lot more chocolate and make-up bits, as well as clothes and the obligatory pair of pjs, however I have used, worn or eaten most of them, so they are now scattered around my humble abode. This bag I haven't taken off my arm since I got it, I have been in the market for a new bag for quite a while and this ASOS one is exactly what I needed. It may not be Mulberry or Michael Kors, but it's good enough for now. The one present I was so excited about was the Sarah Millican DVD. I think she's hilarious and she is now part of my coping method: when I get sad, I whack her on the screen and I instantly cheer up. Like I, she has the ability to laugh at herself and certain situations, it's a great thing to watch. Another key present, following on from last year's tradition, is this Regal Rose ring, isn't it beautiful? I have now become a little bit of a collector of their rings and I constantly trawl the site for more that I
need, want. What were your favourite gifts this year?
