LUSH Haul: Winter Wonderland Gift

There was no better way to begin this post than with a poem written by the LUSH team in regards to the LUSH Winter Wonderland Gift (£82.95)*, which has been filling my room with a plethora of scents for the last few weeks after a three hour shopping stint in the Oxford Street store - I might just propose I move in since I can't walk down that street without popping my head in. Anyway, poem:

Dear Father Christmas, I've written a list (and read it through twice), I swear I've been good - not naughty but nice. Please don't think I'm greedy or joking and laugh, the thing is I'm dreaming of hot, festive baths, fill them with glitter and colour and pop; with mountains of bubbles and lustre on top, with sparkle and butters to make my skin glow and citrus to fill me with get up and go. The creamiest melts and the bubbliest wands, the best and the brightest of all Christmas bombs, fill up in a hatbox for under the tree, signing my name so I know it's for me.

I may be… let's see, 62 days (gulp!) early, and I pledged I wouldn't bring up the big C word until at least November, however here we are. It's the Christmas curse of LUSH; it gets me excessively excited. This gift really will transform any bath into a truly festive, winter wonderland and who doesn't want that?

So here's my issue: I am a LUSH addict - a bubble bar whore if you will - but have an en-suite without a bath. Yep, I know, it's a bit of a conundrum. What I do have, however, is a bath in the house that my kind housemates allow me to use from time to time. Sorry gals, but it's going to become a regular thing because I have 20 bath bombs to experience. Now, I do plan on taking some back to my Mum's for Christmas so that both my Sister and I can enjoy, and I have already used two, so y'know It's all shaping up quite nicely. For the time being, they are becoming such great room fragrances; the scents stretch for miles.

LUSH Christmas Haul
Forget Christmas beauty advent calendars, I'm going to embark on a 12 day countdown to the big day as a true lushie. The LUSH Winter Wonderland Gift contains the following: Snow Angel Bath Melt, Yog Nog Bath Bomb, Ceridwen's Cauldron Bath Melt, Candy Mountain Bubble Bar, Peeping Santa Bubble Bar, Yoga Bomb Bath Bomb, The Magic of Christmas Bubble Bar, Holly Golightly Bubble Bar, Frozen Bath Bomb, Star Dust Bath Bomb, Twilight Bath Bomb, Father Christmas Bath Bomb, Luxury Lush Pud Bath Bomb, Cinders Bath Bomb, Bar Humbug Bubble Bar, Lord of Misrule Bath Bomb, So White Bath Bomb, Butterbear, Golden Wonder and The Comforter - so all that's left is which one to go for first?

LUSH Christmas 2015 Collections
I am already a huge fan of the usual Christmas delights that I repurchase every year, however I am extremely excited to try bombs and bubble bars that I have yet to experience, or are new for this year; especially Yog Nog Bath Bomb (because I love the soap), The Magic of Christmas Bubble Bar (it makes a nice change to the usual snow fairy infused magic wand) and the Frozen Bath Bomb, whereby I will be embarking on the full experience by singing 'Let it Go' as loud until only cats (or foxes in my case) can hear. I've already used 3/4 of the new Bar Humbug Bubble Bar and loved it for all its purple swirls and bubbles (check my Instagram to see how it turned out!)

This is the perfect gift and a great way to try out the majority of the winter collections, therefore I hope y'all push for it to land under your tree come Christmas day so you can enjoy the festive season the right/LUSH way.
