I had seen this Somewhere Over The Rainbow (£3.25) bath bomb when I first received the LUSH Easter press release and knew that I had to see what it was like. I was expecting this to turn the bath a number of different colours, but it was kind of just red and orange - reminiscent of the yellow brick road though, which was mentioned in the product description. I was a little sad to see that the purple/blue didn't really come through, but it was still really pretty to watch fizz away and smelt divine. The bath bomb offers a citrus infusion of mandarin and neroli, which is always pleasant, along with a hint of rose absolute.
Now I couldn't leave the store without this little chap. A bright yellow Spring Bunny (£3.45), which instantly got me in the spirit of Easter and made me feel all giddy for spring. The bonus? he smells like sherbet lemons. The bath bomb also contains cocoa butter for its skin softening properties. It reminds me of butter bear but with a spring make-over; simple, but lovely. This gives the bath a bright yellow make-over with a hint of green for the inside of the bunny's body.
Have you picked up any Easter LUSH launches?
